Job Description
Denri Africa is a bag shop located on the second floor of Star Mall along Tom Mboya Street. We are looking for a results-driven and performance-focused Media Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across major platforms to drive revenue and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Manage daily ad spend and ensure efficient budget allocation to meet revenue targets.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve performance.
Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad content.
Track and report on campaign performance with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new advertising opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
2-4+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying (agency or in-house).
BA/BSc/HND degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok Ads experience is a plus).
Experience managing monthly ad budgets.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly.
Familiarity with tracking tools (Pixel setup, GA4, conversion tracking).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce or retail brands (especially fast-moving products).
Ability to brief and guide creatives based on performance data.
Understanding of customer journey, funnels, and conversion optimization.
Basic knowledge of copywriting for ads.
Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.
