As a Mechanical Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing the next generation of technical workers through practical and theoretical instruction. The college is currently looking to fill two (2) positions in this department.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality training and instruction in Mechanical Engineering modules.
Prepare comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, and training materials.
Conduct student assessments through practical demonstrations and theoretical exams.
Maintain and manage workshop equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding career opportunities in the engineering sector.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Possession of equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution will also be considered.
Ability to demonstrate practical technical skills in a workshop environment.
Strong communication and instructional abilities.
