The Marketing & Sales Director is responsible for building and closing high-volume B2B contracts in Kenya, East Africa, and international markets. This role owns both personal and team revenue targets and leads structured, data-driven execution in Odoo CRM. The position involves driving a unified commercial strategy across all territories and aligning global sales targets with production capacity in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership: Close large-volume supply contracts, secure multi-year framework agreements, negotiate pricing based on margin contribution, and forecast demand aligned with production capacity.
Private Label Growth: Identify and develop supermarket and distributor private label accounts, structure volume-based pricing models, and manage the sample-to-rollout pipeline.
Data-Driven Sales Management: Take full ownership of Odoo CRM pipeline structure, monitor conversion rates, sales cycle, margin per deal, and retention. Maintain a 3x pipeline coverage ratio and provide weekly KPI reporting.
International Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate international sales team members across markets, ensuring structured reporting and CRM discipline across regions.
Leadership: Carry a personal sales quota, lead and coach the sales team, and drive negotiation excellence and margin discipline.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years proven hands-on B2B sales experience with a track record of closing large contracts.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG, coffee, food service, or export markets is preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation and margin management skills, data-driven mindset with CRM discipline (specifically Odoo), and the ability to manage cross-border sales teams.
Availability: Based in Nairobi and willing to travel internationally.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $800 per month (approx. KSh 100,000).
Commission: Uncapped commission based on gross profit.
Incentives: Team override incentive and annual performance bonus linked to company EBIT growth.
