In this role, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks according to the company's after-sales service policy to ensure achievement of business KPIs and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Complete maintenance tasks assigned by the department to ensure the achievement of maintenance business KPIs.
Improve customer satisfaction through high-quality after-sales service.
Write maintenance-related documents and coach new employees to ensure knowledge inheritance and improve departmental business skills.
Collect product and maintenance quality issues and promote improvements to enhance the overall maintenance quality of the department.
Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND in Electronics, Communication, Computer-related fields, or a related major.
Familiarity with analog and digital electronic circuit analysis and the ability to understand circuit diagrams.
Familiarity with electronic components; proficiency in using soldering irons, air guns, and oscilloscopes is preferred.
Strong service awareness and good communication skills.
