The Operations Support Agent is responsible for executing defined processes and procedures within deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards. This role supports the overall operations of FedEx, identifying anomalies as they arise and resolving them using established guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration: Provide operational administration and support, including sort support, trace management, and reporting.
Financial & Vendor Support: Perform cost analysis, vendor invoice verification, and purchase order creation.
Customer Service: Assist with customer service, service assurance, and operations performance analysis.
Compliance & Manifesting: Handle manifesting, dangerous goods, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Problem Solving: Identify anomalies and use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve them, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and PC skills.
Soft Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail, strong planning and organizing skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
