The is responsible for the operational management of product introductions, change requests, and data management within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, tracking product workflows, managing artwork text inputs, and supporting general portfolio operations.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Commercialization
Operational management of product introduction / change requests:
Log new requests in the system (PLM) and check completeness of data in the request.
If request is incomplete, get back to the initiator and obtain missing data.
Submit the request for appropriate approvals.
Update the system with the approval decision & start sku-code request.
Provide monitoring & reporting for approved requests.
Operational management of product introduction system:
Initiate sku setup/change workflow in the central system.
Collect & input necessary product data.
Progress the workflow to the other departments.
Monitor progress & timely completion of the workflow.
Inform all relevant parties on progress & delays and agree actions with the commercialization manager.
Artwork process
Create new artwork text input documents.
Monitor progress and timely completion of the translations & sign-off.
Data management:
Ensure quality & completeness of data within/across the systems. Correct any errors or gaps.
Periodic review of commercialisation and other systems.
Identify data management issues & propose solutions.
SKU reporting:
Produce & distribute regular reporting on time.
Respond to ad-hoc requests of portfolio information.
Portfolio operations support:
Assist the Portfolio Leads in portfolio operations work / projects as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Must possess a Degree in business Related course (Sales, Marketing, Administration, Finance)
1-2 years experience
Fully operational in an international environment where relationship building & responsiveness is required
Fully operational in a multi-disciplinary environment
Accurate planning, well organized
Excellent verbal & written communications
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Team work in an international & operational environment
