Phoenix Capital LTD is a microfinance company based in Kenya with branches in the CBD, Kilimani, Utawala, and BuruBuru. They are currently seeking a Logbook Loan Sales Team Leader to join their team in Kilimani.
Role Overview
The Logbook Loan Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving sales performance, managing credit recovery, following up on overdue logbook loans, and leading customer negotiations to meet loan recovery targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or loan collections
Good understanding of logbook loans and lending processes
Ability to follow up overdue loans, negotiate repayments, and meet recovery targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
