Job Description
Phoenix Capital Limited is a microfinance company based in Kenya with branches in the Nairobi CBD, Kilimani, Utawala, and BuruBuru. We are seeking a qualified Logbook Loan Sales Team Leader for the Buruburu and Kasarani regions.
Role Overview
The Logbook Loan Sales Team Leader will oversee logbook loan recovery and sales, manage debt collections, follow up on overdue loans, negotiate repayment terms with clients, and lead team targets in the region.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Follow up on overdue loans and negotiate repayments with clients.
Meet and exceed loan recovery targets.
Ensure smooth lending processes and adherence to credit guidelines.
Communicate effectively with borrowers and manage credit recovery strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualification: Degree / Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or loan collections.
Good understanding of logbook loans and lending processes.
Ability to follow up overdue loans, negotiate repayments, and meet recovery targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
