The company is seeking a Logbook Loan Sales Team Leader in Nairobi to drive sales, manage loan collection processes, follow up on overdue loans, and negotiate repayments to achieve recovery targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree or equivalent diploma.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or loan collections.
Good understanding of logbook loans and lending processes.
Ability to follow up overdue loans, negotiate repayments, and meet recovery targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
