Springboard Capital Limited is a formal financial lending institution established in 2008. We are currently seeking a Loan Sales Agent to be based at our Thika office.
Role Overview
The role involves marketing and selling SBC products and services, driving growth in customer numbers, and ensuring full adherence to customer onboarding policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing and selling of SBC products and services.
Actively drive growth in customer numbers and ensure full adherence to the customer on-boarding Policies and Procedures.
Facilitate recruitment and registration of new customers.
Manage customer relationships.
Responsible for customer loan evaluations.
Stimulate client training on SBC policies, procedures and basic business skills, loans.
Ensure customer retention through excellent customer service.
Key Qualities, Qualifications & Competencies
A minimum of O’ Level (KCSE) academic qualification.
Knowledge in Sales and Marketing, credit risk management, credit lending, will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in computers.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
Understanding of microfinance/banking industry is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal & communication skills with excellent customer service.
A team player with the drive to improve sales performance.
Persuasive with strong selling and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision.
