Springboard Capital Limited, a formal financial lending institution, is seeking a Loan Sales Agent to be based in Rongai. The role is focused on driving business growth through the marketing of loan products, identifying new customer opportunities, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing and selling of SBC products and services.
Actively drive growth in customer numbers and ensure full adherence to the customer onboarding Policies and Procedures.
Facilitate recruitment and registration of new customers.
Manage customer relationships and ensure retention through excellent service.
Responsible for customer loan evaluations.
Stimulate client training on SBC policies, procedures, and basic business skills.
Ensure customer retention through excellent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
A minimum of O’ Level (KCSE) academic qualification.
Knowledge in Sales and Marketing, credit risk management, or credit lending will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in computers.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
Understanding of the microfinance/banking industry is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service.
A team player with the drive to improve sales performance.
Persuasive with strong selling and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision.
