Springboard Capital Limited is a formal financial lending institution established in 2008, initially focusing on short-term lending to members using shares as guarantee. We are currently seeking a Loan Sales Agent in Nairobi to drive our growth strategy.
Role Overview
The Loan Sales Agent is responsible for marketing and selling SBC products and services, ensuring the expansion of the customer base through proactive recruitment and excellent relationship management. This role involves evaluating loan applications and providing necessary training to clients on company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing and selling of SBC products and services.
Actively drive growth in customer numbers and ensure full adherence to the customer on-boarding Policies and Procedures.
Facilitate recruitment and registration of new customers.
Manage customer relationships and ensure retention through excellent service.
Responsible for customer loan evaluations.
Stimulate client training on SBC policies, procedures, basic business skills, and loans.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
A minimum of O’ Level (KCSE) academic qualification.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
A team player with a drive to improve sales performance.
Persuasive with strong selling and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Knowledge in Sales and Marketing, credit risk management, or credit lending will be an added advantage.
Understanding of the microfinance or banking industry is an added advantage.
