We are seeking a Life Centered Education (LCE) Teaching Assistant to support our students in their academic and personal exploration. This role is pivotal in ensuring that students within the LCE program receive personalized support to meet their individual educational aims.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Qualities
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting students with special needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong student advocacy skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.
Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
Student-centered, patient, and nurturing approach.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Self-motivated with initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
Professional and ethical approach to work.
Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
