Railway Training Institute is seeking qualified individuals to join their database as part-time lecturers in the Transport & Logistics department. This role involves delivering specialized instruction to students in accordance with the institute's high standards. Successful candidates will not be part of permanent or contract staff but will be engaged on an as-needed basis.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Degree in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or Diploma in Technical Education / Instructors’ Training Course.
Registration and/or membership with a relevant professional body.
TVET accreditation.
A minimum of four (4) years’ teaching or relevant industry experience at a comparable level.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures and practical instruction in Transport & Logistics.
Develop and update lesson plans and instructional materials.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Participate in departmental activities and curriculum reviews as required.
