The Railway Training Institute (RTI) is one of the oldest training institutions in the East African Region, established in 1956. RTI is looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join their database as Part-Time Lecturers in Supply Chain Management. Successful candidates will be engaged on a need basis to provide high-quality training and support the institute's academic objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Pedagogical Training: Degree in Education, Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or a Diploma in Technical Education / Instructors’ Training Course.
Professional Membership: Registration and/or membership with a relevant professional body.
Accreditation: TVET accreditation is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years’ teaching experience or relevant industry experience at a comparable level.
Additional Information
Nature of Engagement: This is not permanent or contract employment. Successful candidates will be placed in the Institute database and will only be engaged on a need basis.
Current Lecturers: All current part-time lecturers are required to reapply to be considered for future engagements.
