Railway Training Institute (RTI) is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to serve as Part-Time Lecturers in the field of Marine Engineering. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and training to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary technical skills and knowledge required in the maritime industry.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
Pedagogical Training: Degree in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) or Diploma in Technical Education / Instructors’ Training Course.
Professionalism: Registration and/or membership with a relevant professional body.
Accreditation: TVET accreditation.
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years’ teaching or relevant industry experience at a comparable level.
