Railway Training Institute (RTI) is one of the oldest training institutions in the East African Region, established in 1956 as a skill development center. The Institute is currently seeking to recruit qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Part-time Lecturers in Finance & Accounting.
Role Overview
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Finance and Accounting subjects. They will be tasked with preparing students for professional excellence through rigorous academic training, assessment, and alignment with TVET standards.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Degree in Education OR Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) OR Diploma in Technical Education / Instructors’ Training Course.
Registration and/or membership with a relevant professional body.
TVET accreditation.
A minimum of four (4) years’ teaching or relevant industry experience at a comparable level.
