St. Paul’s University is seeking a Lecturer in Strategic Management to facilitate learning and teach academic or vocational subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students. The role involves using a wide range of delivery methods such as lectures, seminars, practical demonstrations, and field work. The successful candidate will also be expected to carry out research to contribute to the department's activities and undertake administrative duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate learning and teach Strategic Management subjects to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Employ diverse teaching methods including lectures, seminars, practical demonstrations, and field work.
Conduct and develop research to enhance the research profile and learning activities of the department.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the university management.
Engage with digital technologies to support modern learning and research environments.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A PhD in Business Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, or Human Resource Management is mandatory.
Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience at the university level.
Digital Competence: Demonstrated ability to use digital technologies responsibly for teaching and research.
Strategic Alignment: Knowledge and ability to support the implementation of the University's Strategic Plan 2025–2030 is an added advantage.
Values: Must be a committed Christian of high moral and ethical standing, aligned with the University’s vision, mission, and values.
