Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in English, English Language, Linguistics, Literature, or Education (English).
OR Bachelor’s Degree + ESL certification (for training roles).
A Master’s degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education will be an added advantage.
Native or near-native proficiency in English, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing.
Strong professionalism, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success.
Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
