Key Responsibilities
- Teach and assess a minimum of four (4) courses per semester in accordance with the approved curriculum and academic calendar.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with University standards.
- Set, mark, moderate, and submit assignments, tests, examination scripts, and final results within the prescribed University timelines.
- Conduct quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in academic seminars, workshops, and conferences annually.
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, departmental committees, student mentorship, and other duties assigned by University Management to support institutional goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- PhD in Theology, Biblical Studies, or a related field from a recognized and accredited university.
- Excellent teaching, research, presentation, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- At least three (3) years of university teaching and research in Theology or Biblical Studies.
- Registered with the relevant professional body.
- Demonstrated record of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals or other recognized academic publications.
