The Land Valuer II is responsible for implementing land valuation, land administration, and related real estate matters while liaising with relevant stakeholders in the sector. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the Authority's land assets are accurately valued and managed in accordance with legal and institutional frameworks.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Undertake compilation of valuation returns and reports.\n- Support the valuation process for updating the land assets database.\n- Collect, collate, and disseminate information on land acquisition for the Authority.\n- Support the valuation of land and the Authority's assets for various internal and external purposes.\n- Assist in the Authority's land acquisition process to ensure efficiency and compliance.\n- Prepare various technical reports as necessary for management and regulatory bodies.\n- Undertake land searches for various property verification purposes.\n- Support the process of registration and issuance of ownership documents (titles/reservations) for the Authority's land assets.\n- Support senior valuers in conducting rental assessments for properties controlled by the Authority to guide leasing processes.\n- Assist in the implementation of land disposal and leasing processes.\n- Prepare property survey reports during land disposal and leasing activities.\n\n### Job Specifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess:\n- A Bachelor's Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, Land Management, Land Administration, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.\n- Graduate membership with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) or another relevant professional body.\n- A current valid annual Practicing License from the Valuers Registration Board or a relevant professional registration body.\n- A letter of good standing from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.\n- Proficiency in computer applications.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should download and complete the KeNHA job application form available on the website .
