Role Summary

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB) and holding a valid practicing license.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated leadership, performance management, and team mentorship skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments.
- Strong appreciation of laboratory services within overall hospital profitability.
