IT Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, networks, and systems to ensure seamless checkout, dispensing, and data flow across all branches.
• Maintain infrastructure stability, security, and responsiveness.
• Monitor and manage data flow for critical health intelligence systems.
• Provide technical support and ensure minimal system downtime.

Requirements

• A degree or higher diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and network issues.
• Ability to manage and secure IT infrastructure.
• Experience with health-tech or retail systems (checkout/dispensing) is an added advantage.
