Role Overview

MGA Schools is seeking a tech-savvy IT & Systems Administrator to join our team. We are a leading institution in the education sector dedicated to providing a holistic education and unique learning experiences that unlock children's potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the institution's IT infrastructure, maintaining school systems, and supporting our digital learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the institution's IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance.

Maintain and update school management systems and other software applications.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Support digital learning platforms and tools to enhance the educational experience.

Ensure the security and integrity of the school's data and network systems.

Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven expertise or aptitude for IT systems administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of educational software and digital learning environments is an added advantage.
