In this role, the IT Support professional will provide technical assistance, maintain system integrity, and support local computer workstations and software.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills
Systems Support: Maintain solid knowledge of Windows environments and utilize ticketing systems for request management.
Networking: Manage basic networking tasks including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
User Management: Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, and printers.
Cybersecurity: Maintain awareness of antivirus, firewalls, and phishing prevention.
Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
