The International Analyst Program is designed for individuals eager to contribute to research, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) methodologies and reports in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct desk research to support the development of research, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) methodologies and reports.
Perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis of interviews, large-scale surveys, focus-group discussions, and other data collection modes.
Contribute to drafting proposals for new projects.
Participate in project and methodology design, including scoping, sampling, instrument development, and analytical frameworks.
Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Draft presentations and written reports.
Provide administrative support and input to internal strategic processes.

Main Competencies & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, political science, international development, international law, or a similar field.
Fluency (native level) in written and spoken English; proficiency in French, Arabic, Ukrainian, or Russian is a strong asset.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of personal initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness.
Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong academic record and excellent writing skills.
