The Installation Supervisor is responsible for onboarding, training, and performance management of installers. This role involves tracking job ticket status and material inventory for installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all technical tasks are executed efficiently within specified timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with dispatch for daily appointments for the installers.
Coordinate the transportation of material and stage for installers at the customer’s premises.
Ensure 100% successfully completed job tickets as scheduled by the installers.
Track job ticket status to close leads.
Manage installer clusters to ensure the minimum objective of 2 installations per day is feasible.
Approve additional installation material beyond standard kits or collection of additional installation payments from customers.
Ensure all installers have KYC Kits for customer onboarding and toolboxes for physical installation work.
Ensure accessories and device collection is done from assigned stock pick-up points as needed by installers.
Reconcile inventory and accessories picked versus deployed by installers.
Daily tracking of team members' attendance in gate meetings and prospects logged requirements.
Daily tracking of lead closure and installation fulfilment.
Design PJP (Route plan) within territory and conduct one gate meeting per day with assigned installers to ensure ways of work governance metrics are in place.
Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and call customers or the installation head for closure.
Provide Reports of Works done with the corresponding time sheets for daily submission.
Sign off return/refund on failed customer acceptance of installation.
Supervise completion of tasks within the allotted time frame for the installers.
Responsible for onboarding, training, and performance management of the installers.
Qualifications and Experience
BA/BSc/HND in Networks, Technical, Electrical, or an equivalent qualification.
Professional Qualification in Project Management Techniques.
IT Literacy and business education (an added advantage).
Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Splicing and racking abilities.
Ability to operate in a performance-driven organization.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Negotiation and advocacy skills.
