Sheth Naturals is looking for energetic and self-driven In-store Merchandisers to join their team in Rongai. Founded in 2015, Sheth Naturals is dedicated to promoting clean beauty products for the African population. The primary focus of this role is to interact with customers, promote the brand's natural beauty products, and ensure that sales targets are met while maintaining excellent product visibility on the shelves.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively engage with walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.
Sales Performance: Drive daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth.
Merchandising: Maintain high standards of product visibility and attractive shelf displays.
Product Expertise: Provide accurate and helpful product knowledge to customers to assist in their purchasing decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background: Minimum of a BA, BSc, or HND qualification.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Attributes: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and reliable.
Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is considered an added advantage.
Availability: Availability to work full-time in the assigned stores in Rongai.
