Job Description
Sheth Naturals is seeking energetic and dedicated In-store Merchandisers to join their team in Kitengela. Founded in July 2015 by a female medical doctor concerned about harmful beauty ingredients, Sheth Naturals focuses on clean beauty for the African populace. In this role, you will be the face of the brand in retail environments, driving sales and ensuring product visibility through customer engagement and attractive displays.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage walk-in customers and promote products.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product visibility and displays.
Provide accurate product knowledge to customers.
Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BSc/HND degree qualification.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and reliable.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability to work full-time in assigned stores.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is an Added advantage.
