Job Description
Sheth Naturals is seeking energetic and self-driven In-store Merchandisers to join our team in Kitale. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, promoting our range of natural beauty products, and ensuring that our products are well-represented on store shelves. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, skincare, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth.
Maintain product visibility and attractive displays within the assigned stores.
Provide accurate and detailed product knowledge to customers to aid their purchasing decisions.
Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure stock availability.
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Must be self-driven, target-oriented, presentable, and reliable.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
