Sheth Naturals, a beauty brand founded by a medical doctor with a focus on clean beauty and natural African products, is seeking In-store Merchandisers for their Kisii location. The role involves representing the brand within retail stores, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage walk-in customers and promote Sheth Naturals products.
Drive daily and monthly sales targets to ensure business growth.
Maintain product visibility and attractive displays within the stores.
Provide accurate product knowledge and education to customers.
Work closely with store teams to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly reliable.
Professional and presentable appearance.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability to work full-time in assigned stores.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in sales, beauty, skincare, or retail is an added advantage.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Ability to deliver results, not just presence.
