Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with walk-in customers to promote Sheth Naturals products.
Sales Targets: Drive performance to consistently meet daily and monthly sales objectives.
Merchandising: Maintain high standards of product visibility and attractive shelf displays.
Product Expertise: Provide customers with detailed and accurate information regarding product benefits and usage.
Collaboration: Work closely with store personnel and teams to maximize all available sales opportunities.
Result-Oriented: Focus on delivering tangible results and consistent performance in the retail space.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) is required.
Skills: Strong verbal communication and exceptional customer engagement skills.
Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, reliable, and professional appearance.
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, or skincare is a distinct advantage but not mandatory.
Commitment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment and availability for full-time work in assigned Nakuru stores.
