Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience
CHRP certification or ongoing progress is an added advantage
Valid Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) membership required
Experience in automotive, retail, or service industry is an added advantage
Mature, approachable, empathetic, and people-oriented
Strong accountability, professionalism, and communication skills
