Solvo Global is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and high client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects
Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding process
Gather requirements and translate them into operational workflows
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Track project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates
Support process improvements and documentation initiatives
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with CRM and project management tools
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, HR Services, Staffing, or BPO environments
