Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, ensuring effective people management strategies that align with organizational goals. The role focuses on building a strong workplace culture, improving employee performance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.
Design and implement performance management systems.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal policies.
Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structures.
Lead training and development programs to enhance staff skills.
Maintain HR records, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
