This Human Resource Intern role at Software Dynamics supports the global people operations, recruitment efforts, and employee engagement initiatives. The position is crucial for assisting the growth of the global team by helping with candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the internal HR database, specifically leveraging Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate does not need to be an expert but must possess strong organizational fundamentals, a passion for people, and the ability to execute tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
- Assist in identifying potential candidates for technical roles like Dynamics 365 and Azure specialists.
- Post job advertisements across LinkedIn and other relevant career platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain the applicant tracking pipeline to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
- Assist in preparing onboarding kits and documents for new hires.
- Update internal HR records and maintain data accuracy in our systems.
- Help organize orientation sessions to introduce new team members to our company culture.
- HR Systems & Data Management:
- Support the maintenance of employee records within Dynamics 365.
- Ensure data hygiene and assist with basic HR reporting or dashboards.
- Help track employee certifications and upskilling progress.
- Internal Communications & Culture:
- Draft internal newsletters, company announcements, and employee spotlights.
- Support the planning of team-building events and social activities.
- Update the "Careers" section of the corporate website with new content and photos.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare monthly reports on recruitment metrics and employee engagement.
- Highlight trends in hiring or turnover for senior HR leadership to review.
Required Skills & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for professional networking and sourcing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exposure to CRM or HRIS tools is a plus, but not required.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a professional HR role.
