Job Description
Role Overview
The Human Resource Intern will report directly to the Human Resource Officer and any other officer designated by the Principal. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR administrative operations and gaining practical experience in human resource functions within a technical training institution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and deployment of staff.
Assist in handling staff welfare matters.
Assist in data entry within the HR department.
Assist in the preparation of payroll.
Assist in administering staff performance appraisals.
Assist in any other departmental duties assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Human Resource with accounting knowledge as an added advantage.
Demonstrated merit, integrity, and capability as reflected in work performance and results.
Prior experience in an institution of higher learning or a technical training institution is an added advantage.
