HR Manager (Club & Hospitality Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, workforce management, and administration.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Ensure full compliance with Kenyan labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and HR reporting systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of HR management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or F&B industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws & statutory compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding & performance management.
• Strong employee relations & conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems, payroll & HR reporting.
