We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Culture team and gain practical exposure in a fast-paced work environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people, culture, and building positive workplace experiences in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes including shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding procedures and ensure proper employee documentation.
Maintain and organize employee files in both physical and digital formats.
Assist with leave tracking and HR data management.
Support the preparation of documentation for payroll.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Basic understanding of fundamental HR principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Organized, proactive, and a strong willingness to learn.
