Role Overview
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for handling staff welfare, recruitment, policy implementation, and maintaining healthy employee relations within the school environment.
Responsibilities
Manage staff welfare programs and initiatives to ensure employee satisfaction and support.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified personnel.
Facilitate the effective implementation of school policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations and address staff concerns or grievances.
Ensure all HR practices are aligned with institutional goals and labor regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Demonstrated dedication to professional HR standards.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
