Quality Meat Packers (QMP) is a privately owned company with a commitment to quality and innovation. Guided by a family commitment to quality that goes back to its founding in 1970, QMP operates the largest slaughterhouse and meat processing plant in Kenya. QMP is seeking a dynamic and experienced HoReCa Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HoReCa) sector.
Key Responsibilities
Account Development & New Business: Drive growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new accounts in the HoReCa segment.
Account Management & Service Delivery: Nurture existing client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring seamless product and service delivery.
Commercial Performance: Analyze sales trends to maximize revenue and meet organizational targets.
Reporting & Market Intelligence: Track competitor behavior, gather sector insights, and prepare data-driven reports for management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Holder of a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HoReCa or food service sales specifically within Kenya.
Industry Knowledge: Direct HoReCa sales experience, coupled with meat industry and cold chain logistics expertise.
Languages: Fluent in both English and Swahili.
