We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our culinary operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-standard kitchen operations and ensuring that all meals meet our rigorous standards for quality, nutrition, and diversity.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree and a professional culinary certification from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in high-standard kitchens (schools, hotels, or resorts preferred).
Cuisine Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in multinational cuisines.
Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams.
Nutrition: Knowledge of nutrition, dietary restrictions, and child-friendly meal planning.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
