The Graduate Trainee - Human Resources position at Battery Manufacturing Industry (ABM) is an entry-level opportunity designed to develop skills across core HR functions. The successful candidate will work alongside the HR team supporting operations, talent acquisition, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR administration, documentation, and operational support.
Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment processes, screening, and candidate onboarding.
Employee Engagement: Participate in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
