Keda (Kenya) Ceramics Company Ltd, the largest ceramic tile manufacturing company in Kenya, is seeking to recruit recent graduates in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for its Graduate Trainee Program. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience within their assigned departments in our manufacturing operations.
Education & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Technical Institute or University.
Major in one of the following fields:
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Mechatronics Engineering
Key Requirements & Skills
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Fast learner and willing to be trained.
Good written and spoken English.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
