Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience.
28 years of age or below.
At least B+ in KCSE.
Strong academic record.
Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
