Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage prospect pipelines across target industries and accounts.
- Identify and engage organizations experiencing operational, process, or technology challenges.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client workflows, business challenges, operational gaps, and growth objectives.
- Position Tier Data solutions across software, automation, and managed technology services.
- Drive follow-ups, stakeholder engagement, proposal coordination, and commercial momentum across active opportunities.
- Conduct account and market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and commercial insights.
- Build professional relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, HR, procurement, IT, and executive leadership functions.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline visibility, meeting records, and opportunity tracking.
- Work closely with marketing, technical/delivery, customer success, and leadership teams to progress opportunities and improve client engagement.
- Continuously build commercial, industry, and solution knowledge across Tier Data’s products and enterprise technology landscape.
- Contribute ideas and market feedback to improve sales processes, messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market execution.

- 0–2 years’ experience in business development, customer success, operations, consulting, banking, SaaS, ICT, or client-facing roles is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to B2B environments, technology, consulting, customer success, operations, finance, or solution-oriented roles is an added advantage.
- Experience is valuable, but learning agility, commercial potential, and attitude are more important to us.
