Progressive Credit is looking to hire a dedicated Team Leader for our Kawangware branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve monthly sales targets, driving customer acquisition, ensuring high-quality loan portfolios, and maintaining exceptional customer service relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and acquire new customers.
Portfolio Quality: Ensure a high quality of loan referrals to the business.
Loan Recovery Support: Assist in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and your team members.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for both internal and external customer complaints while nurturing strong client relationships.
Data Confidentiality: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding customer information.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, or any Business-related course.
Industry Experience: Practical, hands-on experience working in a Micro Finance Institution (MFI).
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
