Role Description
The Trainer will be responsible for providing instruction in General Agriculture, managing student learning, and conducting practical assessments. The role involves preparing trainees for the industry by providing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills in agricultural practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in General Agriculture or any other equivalent and relevant qualifications from a recognized institution.
Ability to deliver competency-based training.
Commitment to the development of technical skills and entrepreneurial capacity in students.
