Front Office Representative

• Meeting, greeting, welcoming, and directing the company’s clients and visitors.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the right staff member in a timely manner.
• Performing basic booking, filing, clerical duties, and secretarial duties such as photocopying.
• Monitoring, controlling, and ordering office supplies.
• Booking and scheduling meetings on behalf of the company.
• Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintaining office security by following established safety procedures.
• Ensuring the tidiness and professional presentation of the reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
• Performing any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
• A Diploma or a Certificate in Front Office, Office Reception, Secretarial Studies, or any related field.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment such as printers and computers.
• Proficiency in computer skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
