Job Description
As a Client Relations Assistant at The Nairobi Women's Hospital, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, particularly within the institution's training college context. You will be responsible for providing information, handling inquiries, and supporting admissions processes to ensure a positive client experience throughout the student journey.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors and prospective clients.
Provide accurate information regarding programs, services, and hospital/college procedures.
Efficiently handle and resolve client inquiries through various communication channels.
Support and facilitate the admissions and registration processes.
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
Education: A Degree or Diploma in Administration, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a similar client relations or administrative role.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
